bodywork

An interconnected therapeutic practice that engages with the body’s inherent capacity to achieve wholeness. The practice uses a non-invasive “listening” touch to facilitate change that is body-lead. Sessions provide an opportunity to tune into what your body may be communicating and encourage greater access to an overall sense of wellness.
